Dedacciai makes its carbon components by availing itself of the technology of
epoxy matrix prepreg fabric which allows defining the exact resin-carbon fiber
ratio during the design phase so as to obtain a product free of any matrix quantity defect.
     Polymerization is carried out in high temperature surge tank (vacuum system) where
resin in excess can be eliminated and the product stabilized. They use high-module
one- and two-way toray fibers T700S UD PP for the structure and multi-directional
6 K for finishing cover. Aramide fibers (Kevlar) are also user when high resistance
to sudden stress and vibration absorption capacity are required.
     All aluminium alloy inserts of Dedacciai products are protected with a
fiberglass cover against galvanic corrosion.
